Can I trust my cleaner?

Our highly trained team of cleaners pass through a comprehensive interview process and background check, allowing us to work exclusively with individuals who demonstrate the highest levels of integrity. Our company is fully bonded and insured, guaranteeing a safe and secure experience for all of our valued clients.

How our
process works

Our booking process is extremely easy! Visit our booking page to request a service quote and create a reservation. If online booking isn’t your preference, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you over the phone. After the reservation is secured, one of our qualified cleaners will arrive at the scheduled date and time to make sure your living space is looking spotless. You won’t be charged until we are finished with your service.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Unless there is a specific request for a particular service, our cleaners will come equipped with their own cleaning supplies, products and equipment.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

No but it is certainly your preference. Please provide us notes prior to the clean so your trusted technicians are aware of how to enter your home.

Pet Policy

As a pet-friendly company, we welcome pets in your home while we provide our cleaning services. However, if your dog/cat has a history of aggressive behavior, we recommend keeping them securely in a crate or gated area to ensure the safety of both our team and your pets. If you won't be home during our visit, please inform our office about your pet’s needs and behaviors. This way, our team can enter your home with a clear understanding of how to proceed safely. Thank you for your cooperation!

What if a task is missed?

We work hard to ensure that your home receives the most consistent clean every time we visit. If you return home and discover something was missed, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right as soon as possible. Our only goal is to make sure that your house is spotless and you are completely satisfied with our service.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand things happen and you may not be able to keep your scheduled clean. Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule. If we receive a cancellation without 24 hours notice or we cannot access your home, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
